The Schwinn® Airdyne® AD6 Bike with dual-stage super-torque drive belts is simply smart. The high strength ABS plastic fan, combines simplicity with effectiveness, since the harder you pedal, the higher the resistance becomes. As a result, the AD6 offers practically infinite resistance levels to keep you going strong!

The high resolution LCD console is designed to show key data such as time, distance, calories burned and heart rate, all at once. It also has a unique RevMeter™ RPM gauge that’s perfect for interval training. During each workout you can analyse your personal data via the telemetric heart rate monitoring, which is compatible with any 4.5kHz – 5.5kHz wireless chest strap.

Thanks to the air resistance system, you can control the intensity of your workout directly, which places infinite resistance levels at your disposal. Additionally, the moving handlebars make the AD6 one of the few bikes that can effectively activate the upper body as well. You can even focus on the upper body by placing your feet on the two fixed positions and only using the moving handlebars.
